Though the day was dull and grey, the Aviva Team who came to support our work were not put off by the weather, and worked hard to give our wooden gate and wooden interpretation board signs a longer life and a smarter look.
Chris, Nathan, Scott and Wesley who work for Aviva used some of their Voluntary allowance to spend the day at Caistor Roman Town ensuring our site remains in excellent condition. Only Chris lives local, and he could walk to our Roman Town from his home, but his team mates travelled up from London and Surrey to join him, demonstrating how Aviva value the opportunity for their teams to give back to the wider community and gain experience and time together outside the work environment,
NAT has benefitted from 3 Teams from Aviva this summer, and we are grateful to Aviva for providing this support to small charities – it makes a HUGE difference to us.
Looking forward to welcoming more AVIVA teams in the 2026 season.
