Our Grateful thanks go to The Gaywood Valley Conservation Group for their work at Middleton Mount on Monday 24th March. The team worked tirelessly on general maintenance and tidy up at the site, whilst also repairing the steps up the Mount to ensure visitors can climb safely to the top. Thanks too to Oona our site Warden who supported this visit, along with Patrick who also did his bit.
Our historic monuments are challenging places to maintain and manage and the support of The Gaywood Valley Conservation Group every year with a work day at this site is very much appreciated.
